For more room we added a practical pull out bed with an anatomical mattress. For easier cooking in the kitchen we completely equipped the kitchen and it has modern appliances: electronic stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooker hood, glass ceramic disk for cooking and a refrigerator with a built in freezer. Optically, the kitchen table and bar separate the kitchen from the living room.

For your entertainment we added a fast working Wi-Fi network. For more room you will have closets in the hallway.

The bathroom which is designed with a shower, toilet, sink with LED lighting and a washing machine with a dryer. Heated floors in the bathroom are an addition to your coziness.

If by any chance you are driving we have a garage where you can park. After parking, as you get out of the car you will be able to take the elevator up to your apartment. You also have shopping choices as you step of of the building. Like the pharmacy, (highly chosen by locals) restaurant in the area, Potrefená Husa and a grocery store, Lidl.

If you love sports there are biking, running and inline paths for you along Vltavy. A spacious Folimanka Park is huge with a playground for children and is very close.
